Privacy notice

I’m Dr Colin Doherty, the person behind Informance Nutrition. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit this website, send me an enquiry or request a free resource.

When you enquire

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, the type of support you’re interested in and a short message. I use this information to respond, discuss availability and help you decide whether my support is a good fit. Please don’t include medical records, health histories or other sensitive information in this form.

Messages are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to my Gmail inbox. FormSubmit states that it keeps a submission archive for 30 days. Your enquiry and any replies also remain in my email account; they aren’t automatically deleted after those 30 days. You can contact me to ask about access, corrections or deletion.

When you request the Quick Meals PDF

MailerLite stores your email address and manages the confirmation and resource-delivery emails. It also records your signup and confirmation status and delivery information. You must confirm your email address before the PDF is sent.

Requesting the book does not sign you up for ongoing marketing. The standard MailerLite confirmation email may describe this as a “newsletter”; on this website it is used to confirm your one-off resource request. You can use the unsubscribe link in the delivery email or contact me to ask for your details to be removed.

When we work together

Once you become a client, I use SENPRO for nutrition plans, food and training logs, agreed habits, check-ins, progress records and coaching messages. I use the information you share there to understand your needs and guide your support. We’ll discuss what information is useful before you begin tracking.

SENPRO processes information under its own privacy policy. This website does not collect your SENPRO logs or connect to your coaching account.

Services involved

This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. FormSubmit handles enquiries, MailerLite handles the free PDF signup, and Google provides my email service. These providers may process information outside Australia, under their own privacy practices.

Website visits and external links

I haven’t added advertising pixels or Google Analytics to this website. Hosting and form providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs to operate their services and prevent abuse. Embedded forms and any spam checks may use cookies or similar technology. You can manage cookies through your browser.

Links to Instagram, research profiles and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Google Search Console, if connected, provides search-performance information; it does not add a visitor-tracking script to this website.

Your choices and questions

You can choose not to use a form and email me directly instead. Enquiries and resource requests are separate from any later coaching relationship; I’ll explain any further information needed before we begin.

To ask about your information, request access, a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email colindoherty3848@gmail.com. I may need to verify that a request relates to your own information. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate administrative or legal reasons.
